With the development of economy, the role of small and medium-sized enterprises more and more important, they can provide various products and services, more jobs, they make the products more abundant, stimulate the country's economic growth. However, due to the acceleration of economic globalization, and the 08 years of economic crisis, market competition is more and more fierce, product homogeneity is more and more serious, and increasingly small profits, small and medium-sized enterprises because of their small size, small amount of purchases, so they don't have the supplier's attention, resulting in a total purchase cost increases, purchase difficulty increases, so more and more difficult to survive. Especially in the electronics industry in the product of low profit, many small and medium-sized enterprises of raw materials procurement costs accounted for 60%-80% of the cost of goods, all kinds of problems of purchase make factory production and operation difficult to continue.The current market environment, the majority of small and medium-sized electronics manufacturing enterprises are likely to encounter the same problem, that is how to solve the purchase costs rise and the reducing of the product profit. The author tried to use supplier localization model, supplier perception model and other tools, discuss the problem of Nanjing Frontek Electronics Co., such as, supply market changes, lack of coordination between different divisions of the company, finally according to the company's actual situation, to find some feasible solution to the problem. But because the author's work experience and knowledge is limited, there may be some method is only suitable for the electronics industry, is not universal.
