Research On The Control Strategy Of The Strategic API Procurement Cost For A Company

With the globalization of competition, the pressure on minor pharmaceutical enterprises is intensifying. To survive, besides expanding market, A company need to reduce internal management cost. In internal management, the idea that purchasing cost is "the third profit source of a company", has been paid more and more attention. Reducing direct purchasing cost is of practical significance to A company.This paper generally analyzes the current controlling method of purchasing cost, and finds the shortcomings exist. Besides, it discusses the different market lifecycle of the three strategic raw materials of A company, and analyzes the characteristics of the different phases, and suggests purchasing stategy accordingly from a new perspective. On this basis, the paper introduces middle price analyzing method and regression linear prediction method, and predicts the future price trend of raw materials from quantitative perspective, and furter optimizes the purchasing model. In the end, the paper suggests guiding the purchase management of A company with this model to control the direct buying cost, which is also an important reference for other related companies.
