With improved living standards,dietary changes in the structure of inhabitants,rapid increase in the incidence of diabetes was not only limited to a few specific populations,but widely expanded to various social strata of the population and has spread to the young group,it became one of the chronic diseases which cause serious damage to the national health service.According to the statistical data in 2014,diabetes drugs' scale wasup to 17.4 billion yuan,which share more than half of oral solid preparation,rapid growth of insulin and its analogs.This article through to the domestic and foreign research data related information,and can analyze the global and domestic drug,influence factors,evaluation to analyze the trends of the domestic market of diabetes drugs,provide a reference for optimizing the TA Pharmaceutical product management.The following conclusions are known by studying:(1)diabetes drugs have a vast market and new hypoglycemic drugs is growing rapidly.Through the analysis of diabetes market at home and abroad,the research found that the number of diabetes in our country is somuch,as the explosive growth trend,the awareness and treatment in patients with lower,and the demand for diabetes drugs is growing rapidly.Especially the demand for diabetes classic five products still have broad market space,rapid growth of new oral glucose-lowering drugs and insulin analogs.Therefore,TA Pharmaceutical enterprise specialized in positioning for the diabetes drug,strategic goal is clear,andmore market opportunities.(2)TA Pharmaceutical product management exist the following problems: first,the capacity bottleneck is the main problem which need to solve.In the face of the rapid growth of demand and the requirements of national policy,the market competitive extrusion,the reduce of drugs' price trend is irreversible,enhance the size of the market as soon as possible,is the realistic choice of the company;Second,the company product structure aging,lack of new oral glucose-lowering drugs,especially not in the field of insulin,defects of product pipeline;Third,the scale is so small,research and development continuously invest less,independent research and development strength is weak;(3)in order to enhance the TA Pharmaceutical product competitiveness,this paper suggested: firstly,build the TA Pharmaceutical industry cluster,diabetes products continue to develop diabetes classic five oral drugs,improve the quality of existing products;secondly,strengthen the r&d of new products,develop new oral glucose-lowering drugs,a high starting point into the third generation insulin,differentiation development of glucagon-like peptide 1(glp-1)receptor agonists and the third generation of long-acting insulin,improve the level of the drug;thirdly,the product extension strategy,to extend existing products to prevent diabetes early high-risk groups and cardiovascular and its field of elderly chronic disease,development of health foods and step-down lipid-lowering drugs;fourthly,to strengthen the publicity and promotion of diabetes drugs,emphasis on serialization of diabetesproduct development,establish cloud platform of health management and brand awareness of TA.In this paper,TA Pharmaceutical products is the research object,through the analysis of the existing problems,and puts forward product improvement strategy,in order to improve the management ability of the TA Pharmaceutical products.The TA Pharmaceutical as small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprise,this article research has the vital significance to the development,at the same time,the significance of reference to the similar scale enterprises in the same industry.
