Research On Optimization Of Electronic Tax Payment Service In Fuzhou City

With the growing popularity of the concept of tax service and deepen,put forward new requirements for the tax service tax authorities at all levels,in order to meet the needs of the development of the times,and gradually establish a taxpayer to reasonable demand,with taxpayer satisfaction as the standard of tax service concept.As everyone knows,in recent years,Internet technology has made rapid development,has great influence on the development of human society in all aspects of the tax service,also affected by the electronic tax service is the inevitable trend of future development of the tax service.However,the current tax service development situation,concept and mode of traditional tax service still exists in the tax collection process,service efficiency and service quality is relatively low,the demand of the taxpayer for tax services cannot effectively meet at the same time,the traditional tax service mode is no longer adapt to the future development trend of tax service.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the research on the electronic payment service.This study is the author based on the local tax system in Fuzhou to work on the basis of practice,through the comparative analysis of the domestic and international tax services development,selection of Fuzhou city land as a case,using a combination of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis,field research analysis,summarized the necessity of promoting and tax services,electronic the existence of the current tax service.Finally,combined with their own work experience and professional knowledge,put forward related countermeasures and suggestions to promote the optimization of tax electronic services.
