In recent years, the real estate industry developing rapidly, not only promote the development of the whole national economy, the pillar industry, everywhere and promote the real estate industry to mature. In our country, the real estate industry due to the rapid development, the real estate industry of the relevant laws and regulations and institutional constraints do not implement synchronous update and improve enterprise management system of real estate industry, relevant personnel matching system, problems of compensation system design, for the development of the real estate industry caused great negative impact, but also to the real estate enterprise and so on various aspects in management and business talents disconnection between configuration, which affect the development of real estate enterprises and the realization of the goal of enterprise. Not a long-term development strategy target, the lack of specification perfect compensation system become a concern for the future development of the real estate industry. Sales team as the lifeblood of the real estate industry sector, real estate company has a close relationship with capital and profit of cage, high-quality sales team can make enterprises in an impregnable position. And a set of scientific and reasonable salary incentive system is the key to a stable high-quality sales team. So the sales team to establish scientific and reasonable salary incentive scheme for a real estate enterprise is very important.In this paper, based on the real estate industry development as the research background, analysis of the basic theory of salary design, salary decision theory and incentive theory, discusses the influence of the two theories of salary design; At the same time, combed the domestic and foreign research status quo of salary incentive for real estate. At the same time, we are on the actual situation of ZX real estate company, such as corporate organization framework and human resource structure, salary welfare system and so on has carried on the research analysis, found that there were problems, through interviews, we have to dig the root of the problem, according to these reasons, we determined the ZX company sales team salary design, the purpose of the at the same time, based on the principle of compensation design, construct, including c&b design, meet the psychological needs of the sales staff incentive system and effective performance appraisal system, salary incentive scheme. Finally, the new design scheme is given in the implementation of the specific related support mechanism, guarantee the implementation of the sales team salary incentive scheme.
