Based on the strategic needs of E company's marketing collaboration,this paper discusses the improvement of compensation incentive system of sales team in E company,aiming at solving the problems of reuse of marketing resources and incentive consistency among three business sectors,improving the overall work enthusiasm and dedication of sales team,enhancing performance output,helping to achieve the company's strategic objectives,and also for the existing compensation.Incentive research theory provides novel application scenario practice.In this paper,salary theories including human capital theory,profit sharing theory and principal-agent theory are studied in depth;salary models based on position,performance,skills,market and annual merit;relevant incentive theories such as hierarchy of demand theory,ERG theory,two-factor theory,equity theory,expectation theory and reinforcement theory;team behavior theory,team type and so on.Considering the special nature of sales team,the theory and model of compensation incentive for sales team under the background of marketing synergy are put forward.This paper analyses the current salary incentive model of salesmen in E company,and investigates the satisfaction degree of salesmen to the current salary incentive system through questionnaires and interviews.It comprehensively analyses the problems existing in the salary incentive mechanism of salesmen in E company,and puts forward detailed improvement plan:unifies the original chaotic incentive system,so as to facilitate different subsidiaries.Reuse resources among companies;establish a profit-oriented incentive model,switch the incentive model of "individual combat" to the incentive model of "team cooperation",and give different adjustment coefficients considering the impact of product cycle,payment method,repayment schedule and other circumstances on the development of the company,so as to make the goal of the sales team closer to the public.Finally,in order to help the improved salary incentive system achieve better application effect in practice,four steps of safeguard measures are given from high-level awareness,enterprise atmosphere,organization to implementation.Compared with the existing system of Company E,the solution formed in this paper has greatly improved in science,rationality and incentive.It caters to the current company's development demands,helps to promote the landing of the company's marketing synergy mechanism in an all-round way,encourages the sales team to create better performance,and then comprehensively achieves the company s business objectives.
