Research On Material Management Of Multi-variety And Small Bath Production Enterprises

With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,more and more customers demand more and more products.Production mode gradually shifted to Multi-variety and small bath,which will lead to more complex management of enterprises in every aspect.Material management as an important part of the whole operation of enterprises,plays a leading role in cost control,so in Multi-variety and small bath mode to run well all aspects of material management,has very important significance.This paper uses Multi-variety and small bath production enterprises of typical Ningbo Robust Electric Co.Ltd.as an example and analyzes the existing problems in material management.Based on a large number of scholars and related literature,some problem about material management were put forward at the material selection,procurement,quality,inventory and other materials management by the tools and methods of lean production with the supply chain as a link and lean as the guiding ideology.This paper verified the feasibility of Lean Materials Management in multi varieties and small batch production enterprises.By linking four aspects of material management closely,this paper proposed the establishment of a demand driven pull lean materials management system in order to zero inventory in Multi-variety and small bath mode,improve the competitiveness of enterprises and economic benefits and has a certain reference to the similar enterprise in material management.
