Along with our country economic strength increasing,our country the alignment with the international community gradually enhanced,survey and design market has long been in line with international standards,a high level of international designers continue to come into China,advanced design concepts are changing our original design thinking.L design institute is a comprehensive large national top design institute,has a large number of excellent design talent,at present,the design enterprises gradually become the competition between talents competition,who have a first-class design talent,who is in force in the competition.Combining theory and practice,this article embarks from the established internationally competitive human resource planning,the design institute for L,analyzing the present situation and problems of the existing human resources and the strategic target of L design institute fully detailed study of the demand for talent in the next five years,using bottom-up method were analyzed,and the research to develop a L design institute in the next five years human resources planning target,and formulate a series of human resource planning and implementation of security measures.
