The Government Led The Research On The Development Of China's New Energy Automobile Industry

In 2015,Chinese automobile production and sales over 2450 million,which created a world record for seven consecutive years won the first in the world.By the end of 2015,China's automobile ownership reached 1.72 million,which new energy vehicle retains the quantity 5.832 million vehicles.The rapid growth of the traditional car ownership is behind the rapid growth of oil consumption,China's oil consumption of about 5.43 tons in 2015,The foreign trade dependence degree exceeded 60%.Rising oil external dependence,unreasonable energy consumption structure,the serious pollution of the environment,development and use of a conventional car has been unable to fully meet the China adhere to resource conservation and environmental protection as a basic national policy,is not suitable for our country to take the strategic objective of sustainable development,energy saving and environmental protection of new energy automobile industry development is imperative.At present,the State Council issued a number of policy support,and the new energy automobile industry as one of China's seven strategic emerging industries,and new energy automotive industry has been the seven ministries jointly developed the "Chinese manufacturing 2025" listed as the ten one of the key development areas.The rapid development of new energy automotive industry,will not only promote China's automobile industry upgrading,but also to a certain extent to solve the oil shortage and environmental pollution problems will also contribute to China's construction of resources an important measure of conserving and environment friendly society.This paper focuses on this key issues,the first of the new energy vehicles and new energy automotive industry defines the concept and theory of government intervention and market failure of the classical theory as the theoretical basis of this research.Secondly,reviews the development of new energy automotive industry,as well as analyse it in China from the market scale,analyzes the market and industrial technology of new energy vehicles,there is still a gap between China with the developed countries in the development of the new energy automotive industry,and in the government,enterprises and market aspects of the problem.In order to make the new energy automotive industry development in China fast,this paper also introduces the development history and trend of American new energy vehicles,the development of new energy vehicles in Germany,the strategic development of new energy vehicles in Japan,and Respectively,summed up the Enlightenment of the development of the country's new energy cars respectively on the development of new energy vehicles in China under the guidance of the government generated.Finally,this paper from the government,enterprises and the market development of new energy vehicles proposed corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,including: enhancing China's new energy vehicle development policy environment;strengthening infrastructure construction;improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises;clear key enterprises to develop;encourage guide the consumer's purchase intention;to strengthen the market promotion of new energy vehicles.This paper believes that under the leadership of our country government the development of new energy automotive industry is a continuous and complicated process,both can not be businesslike and cannot be divorced from the actual,but must be solid analysis of the current market environment and the existing problems,thus the paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,so as to make new energy vehicles in China more rapid and stable development.
