With the custody industry grows maturely, market competition is getting more and more fierce.As for CC Bank which is vigorously expanding its custody business, to establish itself in custody industry requires not only learning the mature experiences from advanced custody bank inside and outside the country, but also recognizing the problems exist in our business, then constitute the countermeasure and work out the development strategy which fits the bank itself. The authoruses the strategy theories in MBA courses and combines the current situation of CC Bank itself, applies the documentary research, the case study, the system approach and the practical investigation method to analyze.This paper studies the custody assets and income, raises a few questions in the custody business of CC Bank. To deal with these situations, the author applies the SWOT approach to analyze the strength, the weakness, the opportunities and the threats of CC Bank, and the Boston Matrix to sum up the product line of CC Bank custody service. From these analysis the author arrives the develop strategies of the bank, and elaborates how to put them into effect.
