Xi'an Research Institute of MK Group is committed to coal mine safety and efficiency of the development of geological protection technology,equipment and engineering field which has a comprehensive advantage of the state-owned large listed high-tech enterprises.Its industrial layout is rich,which is divided into six business segments.Including coal and coal-bed methane exploration,mining hydrogeological,drilling technologies and equipments,geophysical exploration,coal-bed methane(gas)extraction,geological and environmental engineering.After ten years of "golden period" of the coal industry,the domestic coal technology,equipment industry competition has become superhot.With the overall downward trend in coal economy in recent years,coupled with the existing problems of the internal management of the enterprise,Xi'an Research Institute of MK Group is facing a huge development problem.Therefore,the strategic analysis on the development of enterprises using scientific strategic management theory has become a pressing matter of the moment of the enterprise,meanwhile,by analysising the development of business enterprises in the beginning of "13th Five-Year",to form an effective planning proposal.In this paper,Xi'an Research Institute of MK Group as the main body of the analysis,using the relevant theories of strategic management,making a comprehensive analysis of the various factors affecting the development of enterprises.Finally formed the enterprise business development planning,especially for the development direction of the six business plates of the enterprise specific planning.and give some suggests on the implementation of the business development plan and safeguard measures.By using systematic analysis and demonstration,this paper basically realized the scientific planning of business development,formed specific development ideas and directions,and provide a strong support for the enterprise's “13th Five-Year” planning.
