Research On Purchase Game And Decision Analysis Of PPP Model In Infrastructure Construction In China

With the reform of China's government system and the urbanization process,the demand for public goods is increasing,but with the increasing of debt of local government recent years,the local government has been unable to meet the demand of the infrastructure.how to meet the growing demand and solve the conflict between local government funds have become a big problem that our government needs to solve at the present.Under this background,PPP model has been concerned by the government because of its open financing and management.At present,the state-owned enterprises enter the PPP market first as a result of the advantages of its system.And share of the vast majority in the market.But the real significance of the development of PPP model lies in the private capital in order to obtain advanced technology and improve the overall efficiency.From the experience of domestic and foreign,many problems are caused by the cooperation between the government and enterprises.So it is necessary to analyze the game between the two sides and give the solution.The main research object of this paper is the cooperative relationship between Chinese government and private enterprise in the PPP project from the overall design.First,through the research of literature that the game between the two sides is due to the government sector experience is insufficient and the private sector selfishness is overweight and the conclusion.Secondly,on the basis of prisoner's Dilemma and evolutionary game model,it shows the change of the game,and find that the different policy ratio will have different effects on the outcome of the game.Finally,the author uses the data analysis model to design an optimal decision for the decision maker.The final conclusion of this paper: The improvement of the relationship between the government and the private enterprise depends on the long-term repeated game between the government and the enterprise in the process of cooperation.Accumulation the experiences continuous and improve the system both sides have the will of long-term cooperation,is the way of development of China's PPP model.
