Research On The Evolution And Coordination Mechanism Of International Dry Ports

In recent years,Construction boom of dry port has been seen across China.Logistics infrastructure and transportation network improve greatly and international logistics cost also reduces.But the function,strategic layout and cross-regional synergies are still flawed.Recognizing the evolution of the dry port and the synergistic development between dry port and port are important for understanding the features and status deeply.Based on this,this paper does some research and demonstration.Firstly,the background of emergence and development is discussed and research status of dry port is summarized in this paper.The dry port is distinguished and defined.The classification and function of dry port are studied preliminary.The developing status of domestic dry port and overseas dry port typically is introduced.Secondly,this paper analyzes the evolution conditions and regards the dry port as self-organization system based on self-organization theory.The evolution environment is analyzed and the dry port evolution model from two aspects of internal and external factors is established.The evolution development is divided into four phases by solving the model and the factors are analyzed such as initial development,the inherent growth and the resource constraint.Thirdly,this paper analyses the competition and cooperation process between dry port and port,finding that the process is a dynamic balancing process and centers on logistic quality,logistics cost and benefit distribution.The evolutionary stable strategy and the role of some factors are analyzed by MATLAB simulation.Some reasonable suggestions are advanced.Finally,Synergistic relationship of dry port and port is analyzed from the aspects of the influence to dry port and the influence to port.The fluctuation,mutation and emerge of synergetic theory is explained and the synergetic mechanism is analyzed.Evaluation modal is established.Taking the port of Zhanjiang,Fangcheng,Beihai,Qinzhou and Laem chabang as example,empirical research is done by the data of 2011-2014.The paper calculates the order of port and dry port by solving the model and makes a suggestion for the synergistic development of dry port and port.
