CHUANXIN COMPANY is a provincial branch of ZHONGXIN CO.,LTD,After many years of development,it has made certain achievements,and the company is growing.With the continuous expansion of the company's scale,some contradictions and problems are gradually exposed.One of the most prominent problems is that the company has long overemphasized the central city market,resulting in weak production institutions at the district and county level.The enthusiasm of employees in these areas is not high,which seriously affects the development of the company.It is the main force for CHUANXIN COMPANY to solve in recent years.There must be contradictions.The opportunity appeared in 2017.After the Sichuan Branch of ZHONGXIN CO.,LTD was merged into China Mobile Communications Group Company with its superior units,its salary system needs to be reformed in order to be in line with the group.General Manager Wang arranged Yang Jing,head of provincial human resources department,to formulate a plan.He was ready to use the opportunity of this salary system reform to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and improve business performance.Starting with the enterprise culture and personnel structure of CHUANXIN COMPANY,this paper traces and investigates the design and implementation process of the salary system reform of CHUANXIN COMPANY,and studies the salary system after the incorporation of ZHONGXIN CO.,LTD into China Mobile Group.Based on the theory of fairness and expectation,this paper analyses the reform of the salary system from the aspects of salary composition,job value evaluation and performance reward distribution,and finds out the experience and lessons of the salary management of CHUANXIN COMPANY,which provides theoretical and practical basis for the follow-up optimization and adjustment.The salary reform of similar enterprises,especially state-owned enterprises,provides theoretical guidance and practical experience.
