With the rapid development of economy and a rising living standard, great changes have taken place in people's work and life style. The family service industry, as the effective means to reduce the public life of social pressure and employment, has become a "sunrise industry", and is strongly supported by the government. With the development of the Internet economy, the internal and external environments of the development of family service have undergone tremendous changes proposing new requirements and challenges to the traditional family service enterprise. The M Family Service Company has achieved rapid development in recent years because it has successfully solved the drawbacks of traditional family service market and has become a traditional family service industry benchmark. However, the company has not kept up with the demands of the Internet age and is faced with various problems. There is an urgent need for the company to undergo "Internet plus" transformation based on the Internet thinking and Internet technology in an effort to keep the leading position in its filed.This paper studies the M family Service Company "Internet plus" transformation based on the Internet economy and Internet thinking. First of all, the Internet thinking and the smile curve theory are applied to analyze the Internet application status quo of the company, the problems and reasons causing problems. Then, after analyzing the company's "Internet plus" transformation feasibility, strategies to do "Internet plus" are presented from the perspective of organizational structure, technical support system, industrial chain system, the integration of the Internet and the system of investment and financing. Lastly, measures to safeguard "Internet plus" transformation are analyzed from enterprise culture, system reform, innovation process and talents reserve.Through the research, the paper summarizes the direction of development for family service in the Internet era, analyzes the system defects of state-owned enterprises in the Internet economy and ways to solve problems. These conclusions not only help the transformation of the M family service company but also are useful for the development of other family service enterprises and other state-owned enterprises reform under the Internet economy.
