Research On Synergy Development Of Ocean-going Fishing Cold Chain Logistics For Ma Wei

As their nutritive value gets accepted in recent years, aquatic products have become a necessity for people to raise their living standard and improve their living standard. As a main port for the access of ocean-going fishing boats and goods of Fujian, Ma Wei ranks the top of China in both the amount of captured aquatic products and the trading volume. Nevertheless, the cold-chain logistics for local ocean-going fishing lags behind in infrastructure construction, information platform input and enactment of supporting management rules and industrial standards. The weak synergy of the whole cold-chain logistics system is no longer able to satisfy the further development the ocean-going fishing of Ma Wei. This paper focuses on the synergy development of Ma Wei cold-chain logistics to promote the development of the local industry of ocean-going fishing, which can be used for reference in the cold-chain logistic development of China.This paper studies the status of the cold-chain logistics of Ma Wei ocean-going fishing and suggests that synergy development is the way to promote the industry. Analysis shows that there are three major motivations of the synergy development of Ma Wei ocean-going fishing:pursue of synergy profit, market competitive advantage and scale merit. This paper analyzes domestic and overseas experiences in aquatic product cold-chain logistics development and points out that five factors are critically important for such development, i.e., the emphasis on infrastructure construction of cold-chain logistics, the strengthening of technological innovation, the highlighting of supervisory and synergistic effect of industry associations, the acceleration of law and regulation enactment & perfection of professional authentication system and the enhancement of logistics workers’quality. With references to domestic and overseas experiment, the paper puts forward the opinion that the essential content of the synergy development of ocean-going fishing cold-chain logistics is to realize the synergy of subject elements, mobile elements and supporting elements; meanwhile, synergy mode of the cold-chain logistics of Ma Wei ocean-going fishing is built horizontally and longitudinally. It is suggested that the effective implementing of the mode should be guaranteed in five ways: to strengthen the total planning and hardware facilities construction, to highlight the value of scientific innovation, to accelerate the building of standard cold-chain logistics system, to emphasize the cultivation of workers’ overall quality and to play the role of fishing industrial associations. The research results of this topic will be significantly meaningful in promoting the synergy development of the cold-chain logistics of domestic ocean-going fishing.
