| Recently with rapid development of our economy, people’s way of living has changed dramatically. Their way of thinking is also changing constantly. People’s need for chilled food is increasing and their awareness of food safety is improved. We are a big agricultural country. Fruit and vegetable industry has become second and third pillar industry of rural economy, only second to grain industry. As is shown by statistics, our annual output of fruit is13percent of overall fruit production of the world and our annual vegetable output is40percent of total world vegetable output. It is also shown by statistics of China Food Industry Association that12million ton of fruit and130million ton of vegetables are wasted every year due to cold chain problem, which cause a total loss of10billion dollars. In order to solve this problem our government issues various food safety documents about speeding up the development of cold chain industry, thus lead to a booming development of cold chain logistics.This thesis starts from basic theory of cold chain logistics, and then introduces constitution of cold chain, the category of cold chain food, characteristic of cold chain logistics and basic infrastructure of cold chain logistics. This thesis mainly studies our domestic cold chain logistics and combines current development status of the abroad. It analyses the problems of cold chain in our country and uses AHP mode by analyzing cold chain study methods in other countries. The author constructs3first and10second indicator by analyzing factors that influence cold chain logistics and calculate the influence of every indicator by AHP. The result shows that distribution efficiency, storage capacity and information technology is more important than any other indicators. The author chooses the three indicators as reference and does collaborative analysis of cold chain in reference of developed countries. |
