With years of development,development zones have been the pillar in the economy.Regulation of land development intensity has become the important means of land use rate,economic efficiency and environment quality.And it is the key of realizating layout of development zones' infrastructures,control of population intensity,creation of good environment quality as well as good living space,and realization of development zones' sustainable development.Under the background of input and land development intensity enhancing continuously,whether with improvement of land development intensity,development zones' output-input ratio will advance sustainedly.On certain condition that regime and technology,whether development zone have the best land development intensity in the progress of development.Study for these problems will be benefit to analyze the marginal effect of the improvement of land development intensity on output-input ratio.And it is a positive exploration of development zones' classification from the view on the relationship between land development intensity and output-input ratio.What's more,it has the profound significance that government can make variant strategies.Based on these reasons,we need to have a research on the relationship between land development intensity and output-input ratio.Therefore,contrastive development zones in Zhejiang province should be chosen,and the data of industrial land of development zones in 2014 should be collected.For the research objective,we should build an evaluation index system conations the index of land development intensity to evaluate the land development intensity;And we should analyze output-input ratio on industrial land to gain the data of index.Then,we set the land development intensity as independent variable,and set output-input ratio as dependent variable.According to the data,we can research the marginal effect of the improvement of land development intensity on output-input ratio by regression analysis and correlation analysis,and explore the best land development intensity,then attempt to classify development zones.Based on the result of classification,we can present variant management and control strategies.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)According to the empirical anlaysis,with the improvement of land development intensity,the marginal effect of output-input ratio will increase first and decrease late.(2)According to the regression analysis and correlation analysis,the best land development intensity may be 0.5977;F=0.5977 can be regarded as demarcation point,and we can present the standard of classification;F?0.5977 can be regarded as one class of development zones which have increasing marginal benefit;F>0.5977 can be regarded as one class of development zones which have decreasing marginal benefit.(3)Based on the empirical anlaysis,we gain the result of classification that in 99 development zones of Zhejiang province in 2014,there are 83 in the class of development zones which have increasing marginal benefit;there are 16 in the class of development zones which have decreasing marginal benefit.(4)According to the result of classification,we can present variant management and control strategies.For the class of development zones which have increasing marginal benefit,the strategies should emphasize enhancing land development intensity,promoting common enhancement of land development intensity and output-input ratio by the way of control plot ratio,building density,investment intensity and land use rate;for the class of development zones which have decreasing marginal benefit,the strategies should emphasize promoting the enterprise to change the development model,promoting scientific and technical innovation,industrial transformation and upgrading,by this way can the best of land development intensity improve.
