And with the continuous development of economic and social, more precious land resources, the development zone land use conditions, industrial structure, economic and social benefits, the land ecological environment condition is reasonable in relation to its whether can long development, at the same time is related to the long-term development of regional economy and social stability. Therefore, high-tech zone industrial land use benefit evaluation of the research have been gradually put on the agenda, to improve the economic and social benefit of land, to avoid damage the ecological environment, provide reference for sustainable utilization of land.This article takes Nanjing high-tech zone as an example, from the intensive land use, land use economic benefit and social benefit of land use and land ecological environment and so on four aspects analyzes the land use benefit evaluation in different industries.
