Research On The Problem Of The Grain-growing Farmer's Productive Socialization Service Under The "Double Goal"

The need of the national food security strategy is to realize the increase of grain production and increase the income of farmers. At present, China's grain production is facing food price ceiling and food production cost "floor" problem, seriously affect the enthusiasm of grain production and restrict the steady growth of grain output. To solve the problem of grain production in the "ceiling" and "floor",on the one hand we need to vigorously promote the grain production scale, on the other hand, to improve grain production efficiency of planting. Undoubtedly, it is the most effective way to increase the scale and efficiency of grain production by developing agricultural productive social services. Based on this, this paper aims to achieve the goal of food security and increase farmers'income, through the investigation of Hunan, discuss the effect of farmers'own factors, technical factors and external environmental factors induced on the production of social service demand behavior, analyze the degree of cognition and demand to the productive socialization service of famers. Put forward to build a "double goal" service system, improve the effective function of productive services, training "double goal" type of professional famers, speed up the construction of the land transfer platform, etc.
