Research On China's Food Security Issues

Food security has always been a global problem,which is the basic content of the national security system.The profound adjustment of world economic structure to promote the violent game food security policies of other countries,and the international food market is still dominated by the developed countries,food policy and measures between the major grain producing countries have profound influence on the global food security situation.China will face a new international and domestic environment in the future,the connotation of strategic opportunities and conditions are changes,in this context,this paper analyzes the situation of food security in China and developed countries,discusses the issue of China's food security from the perspective of international food game,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of China's food security system.This article is divided into five parts altogether.The first part is the introduction,elaborated this article research background,research significance,literature review,research methods and possible innovations and deficiencies.The second part,first of all,has been clear about the Chinese food security system consists of food production,food consumption,grain trade,financial and regulation of grain of grain five elements,Based on the analysis of the present situation of China's food security,this paper puts forward the domestic and international challenges facing China's food security.The third part analyzes the roots of western national food security strategy formation as well as the interest and the contradiction between grain power coexistence state.The fourth part first defines the focus of international is the food industry chain war game,the ultimate goal is to compete for global food pricing,based on the China and Western countries in the international food game behavior in the interests,discussed the world pattern of profound adjustment means in the process of food security policy.The fifth part puts forward the strategic thinking on China's food safety system,on the basis of a summary of these proposed our country should make great efforts to improve the ability of the four,namely the overall grain production capacity,grain sustainable development ability,grain markets regulation ability,international market use ability.The innovation of this article is not only see food safety as a food industry or agriculture problem,but taking into account the process of China food industry gradually into the global food industry chain,attempts to inspect food security from the perspective of food industry chain more complete.
