Huaian Area Farmer Household Income Structure Change And Its Impact Factor Analysis

Due to the impact of the dual economic structure,a long time,the existence of the income gap between urban and rural residents.CPC Central Committee promulgated the first document repeatedly called on national governments in the region to explore the characteristics of farmers' income,improve farmers' income sources on this basis,increase farmers' income and narrow the gap between urban and rural areas.Jiangsu Province is one of the fastest growing economic regions of China,the per capita income of urban residents living in the country in the forefront,farmers' income of provincial administrative units also has an important position.However,compared with southern Jiangsu and northern areas of both the source of farmers' income or income growth have a greater difference.In recent years,Suqian,Huai'an,Yancheng and other cities as the representative of the breadth of northern Jiangsu vigorously implement economic transformation,construction of new rural policies,improve the local farmers' sources of income,off-farm income as well as transfer income of farmers has increased significantly effectively promote the local farmers'income.In this context,this study Huaian Huaian City,Jiangsu Province,the use of the calendar year statistics and household survey data,the first analysis of time series variation household income Huai'an area,then explore the Huai'an District Situation and problems of farmers' income,Huaian area proposed to increase the income of farmers and Strategy.Studies suggest that:(1)Compared with other regions,Jiangsu Province,Huaian area farmers' income in the lower-middle level,from the time series,the main manifestations of slower revenue growth,revenue structure based family business income and other characteristics;(2)From the survey data,compared with southern Jiangsu,Huai'an District of peasants income derived from off-farm income,especially less property and transfer income,only about 20%of total household income of farmers;(3)by constructing econometric model that the main factors affecting farmers' income Huai'an region include farmers average age,years of education,non-agricultural income,region and other non-agricultural industries,the biggest impact of the average age of farmers and farm income by,which for Huai'an District gradually aging society,is a serious challenge,but also need Huai'an District government based on local labor Age Characteristics effectively promote industrial restructuring,development is conducive to the aging society non-agricultural industries,speed up urbanization,thereby effectively increase farmers'income.Thesis is divided into six parts,the first chapter,focusing on the significance of the topic,research background,content,main research methods;the second chapter reviewed domestic and foreign sources of household income on analysis and research development to improve farmers' income,the focus Situation analysis of household income,household income evaluate research progress;the third is household income variation Huai'an District to Huai'an District statistical data,focuses on variation Huai'an District since 2005 farmers'income sources,structure,growth rates,etc.;the fourth chapter analyzes the present research situation and household income household sample survey data analysis,focusing on changes in income structure survey of farmers;Chapter construct correlation analysis model on the basis of household survey data to explore the main factors affecting household income proposed Huai'an District farmer income development approach;Chapter VI for the study results and content proposed measures to improve farmers' income urban suburbs,provide the policy basis for our new urbanization process,to protect the interests of farmers and increase household income.
