Recently,our country after the complete transformation from the planned economy to a market economy to accelerate the development of economy,although the enterprise credit system construction has made significant progress,but the lack of enterprise credit problem is still not optimistic,has affected the overall development objectives of building a harmonious society.However,after China's accession to the international trade organization,the international competition,the development environment is more and more serious,compared with the domestic market,the disadvantages of lack of enterprise credit faster growth in the international market,and even affect the image of the country in the world.So,should change the current adverse situation as soon as possible,improve the enterprise creditEnterprise credit system construction is a huge and complicated system engineering,involves moral,economic,ethical and cultural aspects of knowledge,the construction of good credit system needs to enterprise itself,the government and the participation and joint efforts from all walks of life.At present,enterprise credit system construction has just started in our country,the development of technology,talent training,legal protection,promotion,credit standards and so on each link,all need the government to perform the corresponding functions of the government has an irreplaceable important position in it.Therefore,the research of enterprise credit system construction of the government responsibility has practical value.Taking Guangxi Chongzuo city as an example,through the analysis of the current our country enterprise credit system construction situation and existing problems,combined with domestic and foreign advanced experience,according to the actual situation,to explore the government credit system in the enterprise in the 'absence'and 'lost',and aims at the 'absence'and lost' put forward to solve the lack of government responsibility,the government in the construction of enterprise credit system the countermeasure of how to fulfill the responsibility,in order to better improve the government efficiency,promote the continuous improvement of the credit system.
