The Government Responsibility In The Enterprise Credit System Construction Analysis

The key question of the construction of enterprise credit system is how the government to play a role in the credit system. That is to say, how to utilize government functions effectively to improve the construction of enterprise credit system. Currently, the enterprise credit information of our province disperses in different government departments, and the lacks of effectively uses is the bottleneck of development of enterprise credit system. At the same time, the government how to consummate their own credit system and fully play government duties is the key to enterprise credit system and even the social credit system. Therefore, a set of comprehensive supervision between government and enterprise must be draw n up. Strengthening the construction of enterprise credit system is the urgent matter at present.Learning from international experience and based on domestic development reality, this article makes recommendations from aspects of how the government to strengthen their credit and to gradually perfect the construction of enterprise credit system by regulatory duties, though the analysis of current situation of credit system of our province and on the basis of introducing advanced experiences of overseas developed counties.
