| Logistics operation has great affection on production efficiency in manufacturing enterprise.In China,productive enterprises pay more attention on lean production currently.How to establish and optimize the logistics system in plant is the new demand from manufacturing enterprise.In China,most theses in manufacturing logistics mainly focus on a specific area or the logistics plan for a new plant.This test analyzed the logistics planning base on the current status for future volume increasing in automobile production enterprise.The test analyzed the plant logistics planning for volume increasing in S automobile company.Firstly it introduced the concept and understanding for logistics planning.Then it introduced the background for project of logistics planning for enterprise S.In order to increase the volume,the plant planned to change the logistics concept to meet the running of two assembly lines instead of one.And the plant itself has limited more space could be used for logistics operation.Then we need to make a new plan for current logistics concept to optimize the logistics efficiency.The plan including:(1)Analysis the current logistics status in the plant of S automobile company,make several options for logistics concept planning.Choose a best one after analyzing.(2)Analysis the current assembly line feeding and material flow concept.Make an optimization plan.(3)Analysis the possibility of JIT and JIS delivery from supplier.Optimize the supplier delivery concept.By planning for the plant logistics concept for S automobile company,we can find that it is a good sample for manufacturing enterprise especially in automobile production.It also could be a good reference for normal manufacturing enterprise in logistics planning. |
