Research On Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness In 1# Continuous Casting Machine Of Baosteel

Equipment management is an important part of enterprise management,and an important way to improve economic efficiency of enterprises.Comprehensive efficiency Equipment OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness)as an important part of the Equipment management and the main index,is more and more attention,and has begun to widely used.As a starting point in this paper,,find the equipment comprehensive reasons of inefficiency,design unit 1#continuous casting equipment comprehensive efficiency lifting scheme,realized the continuous casting of baosteel's 1#unit to promote the efficiency of integrated equipment.In this paper,combined the technology of continuous casting of baosteel's 1#unit renovation project,using the method of comprehensive utilization rate of equipment related theory,through the technical reformation and implementation,has realized the 1#continuous caster at baosteel comprehensive way to promote the efficiency of equipment.This article first elaborated the paper selected topic background and research significance,research ideas and main content and main research methods;Then introduces the meaning of equipment comprehensive utilization characteristics,the consciousness of the comprehensive utilization rate of equipment and equipment theory of the study of comprehensive utilization of the work;Then introduces the present situation of the continuous casting of baosteel's 1#unit and analyzes some problems of equipment,import the OEE method,collect the relevant data for calculating OEE,calculate the comprehensive efficiency of equipment,and using the method of OEE to baosteel's 1#continuous casting equipment comprehensive efficiency of the unit were analyzed,and concluded that baosteel's 1#continuous casting unit equipment comprehensive of the main causes of low efficiency;Finally based on unit 1#continuous casting equipment comprehensive reasons of inefficiency,in combination with the practical situation of 1#continuous casting units,equipment comprehensive efficiency improvement measures are put forward,the package.
