Supply Chain Flexible Of Fashion Apparel Evaluation Based On The Catastrophe Progression Method

Personalized and diversified needs of customers,the development of national economy and the introduction of relevant policies of the garment industry are the main factors that lead to the market environment uncertainty.In addition,fast response,endemicity,and temporality of fashion clothing aggravate the uncertainty of market demand.In a highly uncertain market environment,China's garment enterprises how to respond quickly to the market in order to maintain a strong competitive edge and market share.Flexibility is one way to deal with uncertainty,the flexibility level of the supply chain decides the response speed of the enterprise to the market opportunity and The Adaptability of internal and external environment.It is of great practical significance to introduce supply chain flexibility that was an important subject for social development into the development strategy of China's fashion industry.A comprehensive flexibility evaluation of the supply chain of the manufacturing enterprises of fashion garment as the core can help garment enterprises to judge its flexibility,and then targeted to improve the flexibility.Firstly,in this paper,we set the assessment of supply chain flexibility of fashion apparel enterprise as the research object and elaborates the concept,classification and influencing factors of the supply chain flexibility systematically.We summarizes the development situation of Chinese fashion enterprises and its morphological characteristics.Basis on this,from the perspective of the new clothing supply chain structure,building the fashionable clothing formation mechanism of flexible supply chain.Secondly,from the four dimensions of logistics flexibility,production flexibility,information system flexibility and resource flexibility,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of fashion supply chain flexibility.Then establishes the evaluation index system of the supply chain flexibility of the primary fashion garment enterprises,which determines the hierarchy of the index system,because the index system in different periods of different order.The index system is divided into four layers,the bottom index of 18,and the underlying indicators for description and quantification.Thirdly,taking overall consideration of the developing situation of garment industry and the complexity of the clothing supply chain,then puts forward the evaluation method of fashion clothing supply chain flexibility —— catastrophe progression method.When building evaluation index system with catastrophe progression method,the indexed are ranked in order of relative importance.This means that it has certain subjective factors.Therefore,principal component analysis(PCA)is adopted as the auxiliary method.Based on the basic principle of catastrophe progression method,a more scientific fashion clothing supply chain flexibility assessment model is built.Finally,conducting case study with garment enterprise A.Based on the data of garment enterprises A for three years,the horizontal order of each index in the evaluation index system of the supply chain of the fashion clothing enterprises was determined,and the change trend of the comprehensive evaluation value of the supply chain was obtained.This trend is consistent with the actual development of the company,to verify the feasibility and practicality of the evaluation model.
