The Collaborative Study Of Fast Fashion Supply Chain Based On CPFR

According to literature research, enterprise actual project participating, suppliers depth interview and survey, this report clear the process of current fast fashion supply chain and analyzed the status, and it built a fast fashion supply chain collaboration system based on CPFR theory and respectively analyzed the problem of forecasting collaboration, planning collaboration and replenishment collaboration. Through the use of TOC theory, Visio software and MATLAB mathematical analysis software, this report optimized fast fashion supply chain process, put forward fast fashion supply chain collaboration system, and applied the collaborative replenishment module of the system to enterprise for verification.(1) Fast fashion apparel supply chain current situation analysis and collaborative optimization program proposalAfter suppliers survey and enterprise field research, we gained the suppliers’ feedback information contributing to find the collaboration problem between suppliers and brand, which played important role in establishing supply chain collaboration system. This report applied Visio software to comb current fast fashion supply chain process and concluded the problems we have meet in fast fashion supply chain operation, and put forward fast fashion supply chain collaborative improvement program.(2) Fast fashion supply chain collaboration system establishAccording to analysis results of current fast fashion supply chain status, this report built based on CPFR theory, which divided into three parts as following.①Supply chain collaborative forecastingAfter analyzed the influential factors of fast fashion forecasting, applied MATLAB software to fit quantitative prediction results, this report proposal collaborative forecasting system. ②Supply chain collaborative planningThis part paid attention to solve the three major problems of fast fashion supply chain collaborative planning system, production collaborative planning, material and clothing suppliers collaborative product development, and material and accessories preparation study. We summarized the key points of material and clothing collaborative planning, put forward reasonable material and accessories preparation mode, and proposed the framework of production capacity collaborative planning.③supply chain collaborative replenishmentAimed to solve the problem of production schedule changes due to the QR orders and repeat orders, this report put forward the cooperative control scheme. By using TOC theory improve suppliers’ rapid replenishment ability, and help brand optimize quick response ability.(3) empirical research of fast fashion supply chain collaboration systemAccording to actual supply chain collaborative research projects between A brand and Z factory, this report validated the collaborative fast replenishment system and put forward improvement points in the future.
