The Research On Three Rural Issues Served By The Yancheng Post Office

As the public infrastructure of the society,Yancheng Post plays an important role in serving Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers.In recent years,Yancheng Post encourages the affiliated agencies to take the responsibility of serving Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers.Moreover,the Yancheng Post also finds the breakthrough of promoting the harmonious development of three rural-based services and the development of the post itself.After years' hard working,we finally find a good method to serve Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers which is not only fit for the development of Yancheng Post but also suitable for the geographical characteristics.Post as the national important social utilities and important infrastructure,take advantage of its powerful network coverage,universal service obligations have been literally in the rural areas,highlighted the service brand value in one hundred.Nowadays,with the development of the society,especially the advancement of new rural construction,content,scope and scale of postal service also had the very big change,more perfect service system.Yancheng post more use of existing resources,for the majority of farmers solve the real practical problems.Most Yancheng Post branches are located in villages,and they know farmers well.Yancheng Post makes the full use of this advantage and views the mission of serving Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers as its long-time plan.To meet the farmers' needs,Yancheng Post strengthens its service of chain delivery in terms of rural production and living.Because of the needs of serving Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers,Yancheng Post has built up a net of three rural-based services.With this service net,on one side the post can manage the post saving and deliver the letter,newspaper and package,and on the other,the post engages in many other businesses,such as the seeds'mail-order,agricultural material distribution and some other services which has earned great economic interests as well as social interests.Yancheng post in addition to rely on their own logistics system,also can try to cooperate with other social logistics company,realize the complementary resources,weak interests outside forces make up their own logistics distribution terminal of disadvantage,improve the comprehensive competition ability of the whole logistics system.At the same time,pay attention to make full use of the postal service brand in one hundred,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses through three nets,third-rate unity of unique advantages,strengthen rural postal logistics distribution system of the comprehensive competition ability,finally realizes "farmers'benefits,government have to word of mouth,postal service brand" purposes.During the service of Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers,Yancheng Post has found many problems in infrastructures,logistics and financial services.In this thesis,I raised some methods in strengthening the infrastructure construction,building up the new logistic distribution system and widening the financial service area.The thesis did the theoretical research in the three rural-based services of Yancheng Post.Through the combination of the method of qualitative reasoning and quantitative,I analyzed the current situation of Yancheng post's service in Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers,meanwhile,I'also summarized the existing problems at present,and raised up some strategies which aims to help the Yancheng Post doing better in serving Agriculture,Rural area and Farmers.
