Research On Standardization Of Engineering Projects Tendering & Bid Ding Of LN Bidding Company

The purpose of project bidding is to realize the goal of purchasing.It's a series of efforts made to meet the requirements of quality,time,cost,resources,etc.It's a unique service with distinct project management characteristics.In the system of project management,bidding management is one of the nine major tasks,a pivotal phase.Bidding is essential for any big scale or complex project.It's significant to control project cost,encourage fair competition,ensure project quality,strengthen the role of market pricing,prevent commercial and professional crimes,etc.On the basis of theoretical study,this essay utilizes experience summary,research,analysis and practice incorporation to firstly analyze the current status of bidding industry in and outside of China,its development trend so as to establish research methodology and secondly,use LN Bidding Company as a research subject,to analyze the experience and existing problems,so as to identify the causes and propose measures to standardize the process from many levels.One express highway renovation project in Shenyang was chosen as a subject to for implementing the methodology.Actual case study was carried out,to examine the sensibility and operability of the method.Conclusions are drawn that measures of standardization management can effectively prevent problem from happening,and improve schedule,cost saving,project quality and eventually meet the expected targets of the bidding.This essay studies the standardization of bidding management for engineering projects in LN Bidding Company.Thanks to the standardization management of project bidding,some common problems are effectively prevented,so as to ensure the smooth progress of bidding process.This study set a good foundation for LN Bidding Company's bidding operations in future to complete engineering project bidding with efficiency and high quality.
