Research On Construction Engineering Bidding And Tendering Management Of ZGP Corporation.

Bidding and tendering activities have become the key way for resources allocation optimization and achieving survival of the fittest in the more and more active construction market. With the fast development of construction projects, the bidding and tendering rules, laws and regulations and jobholders are facing impacts and challenge from the bidding and tendering market, and many new situations, problems have emerged. For this reason, the paper conducts research and investigation on the engineering bidding and tendering management of ZGP Corp, and systematically analyzes the methods and practices in the engineering bidding and tendering management of ZGP Corp through in-depth study and analysis of existing problems and their causes in bidding and tendering market, and study of and reference to the advanced overseas experiences and theories.To reach the goal, the paper mainly takes the following several steps:first, analyzes laws and theory documents of domestic and overseas engineering bidding and tendering theories, starting from bidding method, qualification examination, bid evaluation, and contract management, etc, analyzing and studying their influences on engineering quality, costs and expenditures; then analyzes and studies existing problems and their causes of engineering bidding and tendering process in China and power system, and the bidding and tendering management mode of ZGP Corp, analyzing the existing problems and their causes in the engineering bidding and tendering management of the company, and extracting key factors on this basis; uses domestic and overseas advanced theories to analyze engineering bidding and tendering management based on the current situation and existing problems in engineering bidding and tendering management of ZGP Corp, stating the necessity for renovation in bidding method, qualification examination, bid evaluation, supervision and auditing, presenting the assumption of establishing regional bidding center and implementing two-stage bidding, and analyzing and discussing the existing problems one by one on this basis and giving suggestions of renovation; and finally puts forward the safeguarding measures for renovation in aspects of establishment of bidding organizational frame, credibility, contract management and electronic bidding, etc.The paper starts from general to specific, and then from specific to general. Through the analysis and study of engineering bidding and tendering management of ZGP Corp, reaches the goal of renovating and improving managerial system of engineering bidding and tendering, preventing violation of laws and regulations, and therefore strengthening contract management and lowering engineering costs. Meanwhile, it is hoped that the paper could give some theoretical reference for Level-3 enterprises and M companies such as ZGP Corp, or other enterprises in Power Generation Group.
