The birth of the Internet,especially the coming of the web 2.0 era,creates a new disseminating platform for the interpersonal communication,which gets a new identity-online public opinion.Considering the potential people ideas which disguises in the real-time and widespread online public communication,the online public opinion has been highly concerned by the scholar and society administrator as soon as it emerged.The study on the online public opinion in China began in 2000,so far it has almost developed a mature response system after more than a decade of theoretical exploration and practical research.However,when it comes to the aspects of the existing study results,it is easy to find that researchers pay more attention to the way how online public opinion evolves during its life span and the approach to solve its subsequent crisis,but do little study on the formation stage which can affect the trend of online public opinion in the future and the subject factors in this stage.Thus corresponding crisis resolutions have poor timeliness and bad resource intensiveness.To improve these conditions,this paper constructs different game models which involve relevant stakeholders in the online public opinion formation stage and analyze potential game results.This paper contains five chapters in total.The first chapter is the INTRODUCE which gives a brief introduction of the study background and significance to this paper,and reviews the relevant study results current status from both home and abroad;The second chapter presents the theory of public opinion which includes Information Space theory and Life Cycle theory,Evolutionary Game theory and System Dynamic theory etc;The third and fourth chapters are the main body of this paper.According to the multi-interests of the public opinion themes,the third chapter makes different combinations for public opinion participants on the basis of participants identification and themes definition.Then it builds two-party,three-party,and four-party game model respectively for the online public opinion formation stage,and solves the evolutionary equilibrium of game and makes preliminary analysis for the affecting factors;Under the background of "Salt Rush" in 2011,the fourth chapter carries on a stimulation with the System Dynamic software PLE which involves the online media,netizens and the government linked to the last chapter to distinguish the key factors which have a remarkable influence on the participants' behavior from the recognized variables.The fifth chapter is the conclusion part,it gives policy suggestions from the perspective of the government,online media and the netizens accordingly on the basis of the selection of the variables in the fourth paragraph.Moreover,the last part puts forward the shortcomings of this paper and raises a prospect for the future study.
