Innovation is the theme of the era,and enterprises also face more pressure from innovation.With the rise of the Internet,external knowledge sources play a more important role in the process of enterprise innovation.Their participation enriched the enterprises'technological innovation ideas.But a large number of users,not only submerge the better technology innovation program,but also increase the burden on enterprises.Therefore,more and more enterprises begin to pay attention to the special users in the group-the lead users,they have more advancedideasand professional knowledge.In the process of innovation,they had played an increasingly important role.Therefore,the purpose of this study is to explore lead users participation in enterprise innovation and their role in the innovation behavior of enterprises.First of all,based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework including lead user participation,opportunity belief,and innovation behavior.Then,based on the previous research,the case study method is selected,and the industries and enterprises is also chosen,finally,we selected three enterprises as ZTE,Panda Electronics and Neusoft Group as the case study objects.We interviewed the R&D personnel and selected the mature scale to measure each variable.This paper analyzes the interview content by using content analysis method,and puts forward the following proposition:1.The lead user perception of the enterprise is positively related to the opportunity belief of the enterprise;2.The user interaction knowledge plays an moderating role between the lead user perception of the enterprise and opportunity belief.3.The opportunity belief of the enterprise is positively related to enterprise's innovation behavior.4.The Innovation atmosphere plays an moderating role between opportunity belief of the enterprise and enterprise's innovation behavior.5.Opportunity beliefs are the important process mechanism of he lead user perception of the enterprise of influencing enterprise innovation behavior.Finally,based on the relevant research conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the perspectives of lead user participation,user interaction knowledge and opportunity belief,and innovation atmosphere.
