Innovation is of great significance to the survival and development of an enterprise,and it is an important source of an enterprise's competitive advantage.As a micro-individual in an enterprise,how to promote the emergence of employees' innovative behavior has become a question that every enterprise must think about.A large number of studies have shown that organizational innovation atmosphere has a significant predictive effect on employee innovation behavior,but the exploration of its internal influence mechanism is not enough.To this end,this study explores the impact mechanism of organizational innovation atmosphere on innovation behavior by sorting and summarizing the literature,and constructs a theoretical model that uses tacit knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable and perceived behavior control as a regulating variable.In this study,employees of Chinese enterprises were taken as the survey object,345 valid sample data were collected,combined with literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis,and other analytical tools such as SPSS20.0 and Amos23.0were used to analyze the organizational innovation atmosphere and potential.Verify the relationship between sexual knowledge sharing,innovative behavior and perceived behavior control.The results of empirical research show that:(1)organizational innovation atmosphere has a significant positive impact on innovation behavior;(2)organizational innovation atmosphere has a significant positive impact on tacit knowledge sharing;(3)tacit knowledge sharing has an innovative behavior There is a significant positive impact;(4)tacit knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior;(5)perceived behavior control plays a positive role in the influence of tacit knowledge sharing on innovation behavior effect.The innovation of this study is mainly reflected in the following points:(1)introducing tacit knowledge sharing as an intermediary variable to explore the internal mechanism of the impact of organizational innovation atmosphere on innovation behavior,which provides a new way for the relevant research of organizational innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior;(2)introducing perceptual behavior control as a regulating variable to explore the impact of tacit knowledge sharing on innovation The boundary condition of behavior provides a new perspective for thestudy of the relationship between tacit knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.The main contributions of this study are as follows:(1)the research results provide new ideas and directions for the theoretical research of organizational innovation atmosphere and innovation behavior,enrich the relevant theories of tacit knowledge sharing;(2)broaden the research vision for the relevant fields such as planning behavior theory and perceptual behavior control;(3)create organizational innovation atmosphere for Chinese enterprises Improving the level of knowledge management provides reference and reference;(4)providing strategies and suggestions for improving individual innovation behavior.
