Since mass entrepreneurship and innovation are proposed,the government has comprehensively promoted the development of dual-creation work.Under the background of the Internet+ and the government’s full promotion,the hakcerspace has developed rapidly,which has attracted the attention of academic circles and the government.Due to the late rise of the hakcerspace,there is very little related research.So it is urgent for scholars to conduct in-depth research on the hakcerspace from different perspectives and different research issues.The existing researches mainly focus on the theoretical introduction of concept and operation mode of the hakcerspace,among which the empirical researches based on sample data are very rare.However,the development of the hakcerspace is inseparable from makers’,team and vice versa.As the most important capital of the hakcerspace,makers’innovative behaviors directly determine the survival and development of the hakcerspace.Therefore,the innovation behaviors of makers need to be further explored.According to the existing researches of innovative behavior,the environment,knowledge,motivation and so on have important and indispensable influences on innovation behavior.In order to explore the influencing mechanism of these factors on the innovation behavior of makers,this paper takes the hackerspace and makers from a number of regions as research obj ect,firstly studies the influence of makers’innovative atmosphere perception on their innovation behaviors and the mediating role of knowledge sharing,and secondly introduces the innovative motivation of makers themselves,examines and analyzes the mechanism and paths of innovative motivation to influence the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behaviors.The two sub-studies explore the impact on makers’ innovative behaviors from different aspects.The empirical results are as follows.Based on the references of the study of social cognitive theory,the first sub-study uses literature research methods,questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews to explore the impact of makers’innovative atmosphere perception on innovation behavior in the context of innovation,and to explore the influencing mechanism of them.The empirical results show that maker’s innovative atmosphere perception has a significant positive impact on their innovation behavior.Knowledge sharing plays as a bridge between innovative atmosphere perception and innovation behavior,that is,innovative atmosphere perception have positive impact on innovation behavior through knowledge sharing.In order to further study the influencing factors of maker’s innovation behavior,the second sub-study introduces innovative motivation(intrinsic and extrinsic)to explore the influencing mechanism between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior,based on existing social cognitive theory and motivation theory.The empirical results show that the external motivation of makers has a positive adj ustment effect on the relationship between knowledge sharing and innovation behavior.The innovation of this research is to innovatively explore the relationship and influencing mechanism between innovative atmosphere perception,knowledge sharing and innovation behavior from the perspective of makers’ characteristics:innovation atmosphere perception.This research not only explores the internal influence of knowledge sharing on the relationship between innovative atmosphere perception and innovation behavior,but also explores the regulatory effect of maker’s innovative motivation on knowledge sharing and innovation behavior,which enriches the existing theories of the hakcerspace and makers,and at the same time,provides empirical basis for the hakcerspace,makers’team,and governments promoting the development of the hakcerspace and makers’ team,and improving the innovative behavior of the makers.It has both theoretical and practical significance.
