Since the business environment is becoming more mature today,many enterprises attach importance to Corporate Social Performance besides financial performance.Corporates' social responsibility performance affects the employee perimeter performance in many ways.Employee perimeter performance is the interpersonal and volitional behavior which is not stipulated in the job description but plays an important role in organizational performance;employees are volunteering to take on additional work,helping colleagues.It can promote communication within the organization and task performance to improve performance of the entire organization.The stronger the organization's support for employees,the higher the employees' commitment to the organization.And employee themselves will evaluate their work,reward and upgrade higher,the possibility of separation will be lower,can show a better level of peripheral performance.Based on the literature review,this paper puts forward the research hypotheses and constructs the corresponding research models,with more than 339 employees from 70 polluting enterprises as the sample empirical research.The results of statistical analysis show that corporate social performance is a positive predictor of employee perimeter performance.The analysis of variance further showed that CSP was different in gender,business establish time,enterprise ownership,income,management level,and department;Organizational commitment was different in age,education,business establish time,population of enterprises,business ownership,income,management level and department.The results of correlation analysis confirmed that there was significant positive correlation between corporate social performance,organization emotional commitment and employees' periphery performance and each dimension was significantly positive correlation.The regression results show that CSP has positively predictive effects on organization emotional commitment and staff peripheral performance.Besides environmental responsibility has no significant positive predictive on staff peripheral performance and its sub-dimensions and product responsibility has no significant positive predictive on work dedication,the positive predictive effect between the other dimensions is obvious.Organization emotional commitment has positive predictive effect on staff peripheral performance;Organization emotional commitment plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between CSP and staff peripheral perfor manceAccording to the empirical results,this paper from CSP and organization emotional commitment two aspects to put forward the corresponding management recommendations,so as to provide some references for family enterprises to improve the frequency of employee's perimeter behavior and promote the improvement of enterprise performance.
