The status of trade in services is growing in the global trade,in 2015,services trade accounted for 22.2%in total global trade value, beyond 1/5.Under this background,China's trade in services is also growing at an alarming speed, while the scale of import and export growing fast, there is also the expanding of service trade deficit. On the other hand,With the popularity of intermediate goods trade, international division gradually turning to intra-industry division and intra-production specialization,"made by the world" gradually replace i"made by country" to be the new label of the product, the Global Value Chain is gradually play a leading role in the global trade patterns. What's more, along with the cross-border circulation of intermediate product,value-added has been double-counted in each circulation, then the trade flow is overestimated. So that,it is significant for us to re-measure China's service export and its international competitiveness level under the trade value added accounting method, and on this basis to find out the influential factors of the international competitiveness of China's service export. Finally,it will help us to know the real interest that China's service export can get and the way to improve its5 international competitiveness under the global value chain. The article use KPWW method to calculate the domestic value-added of service export among China's 30 service industries from 2000 to 2014 based on the newest word input-output table released by WIOD in 2016.From longitudinal and transverse comparison, found that the export scale of service under traditional trade statistics method are overestimated more than 45%,but overvalued rate is decreasing gradually;construction(c27)and air transport(c33)is most overvalued, more than half of its exports value is created by other countries. On the basis of domestic value-added in export, this paper make some improvement of the International Market Share index(IMS)and Revealed Comparative Advantage index to measure the international competitiveness of 30 service industries of China, through comparing with results of traditional trade statistics found that the difference of the whole service industry is small, but many department's international competitiveness under the traditional method is overvalued.Through the empirical analysis of the factors that affecting the international competitiveness of China's service export from the view of Value-added in trade. This article found that the output value, per capita investment in fixed assets and the domestic value-added in manufacturing export has positive impacts on the domestic value-added in export of labor-intensive service industry and capital-intensive service industry;Foreign direct investment, the exchange rate, per capita disposable income has positive impacts on the domestic value-added in export of technology-intensive service industry and knowledge-intensive service industry. Finally give some policy Suggestions, first,China has to promote the status in international division, and then through improving the structure of the factors of production and rational using of the technology spillover effect to keep the advantage industry competitive advantage and change the inferior position industry's competitive position.
