With the continuous advancement of the process of world economic integration, the producer service trade has gradually separated from the manufacturing industry along with the continuous refinement of social division of labor, and has become an important part of world trade. The producer service industry has become a new competition for many developed countries. The pillar industry of superiority, accelerating the development of productive service industry has gradually become an important path to enhance the global value chain. As the core economy that promotes the development of Asian economic and trade cooperation,China,Japan and Korea have made unremitting efforts in promoting the construction of the China-Japan-Korea Free Trade Zone(FTA)and RCEP.The free trade agreements signed by the three countries are also increasingly involves the non-goods trade fields such as technology trade and productive service trade, which will inevitably bring opportunities and challenges to the development and upgrading of China's productive service industry. In addition,in recent years, the production service trade of China,Japan and South Korea has developed rapidly, and the scale of import and export has maintained rapid growth. However, this growth is actually a phenomenon of the high scale of trade generated by repeated calculations under the traditional trade statistics method. Therefore,it is necessary to re-calculate the actual profits of the three countries' productive service trade from the perspective of trade value added, comparatively analyze the true export competitiveness of the three countries' productive service industries, and clarify China's position in participating in the international market competition.Provide a basis for targeted development policy recommendations. This paper firstly uses the KPWW method to calculate the trade added value of the export of producer services in China,Japan and South Korea based on the World Input-Output Table released by the 2016 WIOD database, and compares and analyzes the total export value under the traditional trade statistics method. It shows that there is a certain overestimation in the export value of the producer services of the three countries: China has the highest degree of overestimation,South Korea has the second highest, and Japan has the least.Secondly,VIMS and VRCA,which measure the export competitiveness, replace the original export data in the index with the export value-added data of exports, and re-calculate the overall production service industry of the three countries of China,Japan and Korea and the four sub-sectors.The export competitiveness, through comparison, found that: overall, the VIMS and VRCA indices of China's producer services industry showed a certain growth trend,Japan showed a downward trend opposite to China, and South Korea maintained a relatively stable development trend;According to the analysis of VIMS and VRCA index by industry, transportationstorage and professional science and technology are the industries with more export advantages in China,Japan and Korea. However,China's export competitiveness in these two industries is weaker than that of Japan and South Korea.Insurance and information communication are industries in which the three countries do not have competitive advantages. Finally, based on the necessity of the development of China's productive service industry,it empirically analyzes the factors affecting its export competitiveness, and based on the empirical conclusions combined with previous studies, proposes policy recommendations to improve the export competitiveness of China's productive services.
