H fruit dealing company was building in 2011 years,was the largest fruit dealing company of Shenzhen Longhua area after 4 years development.As the younger company of fruit dealing business,he have been faced with the stinging competition as the other industry,no increase of the revenue and the poor profitability.Faced with the increasing competition and continued higher operating cost,H company Proposed implemented the management strategy of brand building,to improve the core competitiveness and got the new growth point.The purpose of this study was discussed out the theoretical framework of brand building and the operation methods,which can instruct H company in the way of brand management.The article was using the case study method,it is relates the brand building theory and business dealing company’s actual characteristic unifies and deeply analyzing the problems of fruit dealing company built strong brand and putting forward to pertinent solving advises.Having showed that detailed analysis on building strong brand of H fruit company.The program’s implementation effectiveness also made the corresponding argument.The article use of brand building and basic theory Corporate Identity System strategy,brand building tools to build Corporate Identity System.As the H fruit company’s micro environment and macro environment was analyzed in detail,discusses the H fruit company in the development of the existing problems,find out the cause of the problem.Overall,brand building strategy is more effective,the H fruit company’s performance has been improved,and has a more potential for development in future.The article is from brand building to promoting fruit dealing company’s competitive power angle,the business dealer to implement the necessity of brands building.Not only has the concrete measure,but also has the innovation and the operational.
