Since the concept of Industry 4.0 was officially raised at Hannover Messe in Germany in 2013,it has caused wide public concern around the world.Scholars at home and abroad also launched a series of studies around Industry 4.0,but through the study of domestic and foreign literature,we can find that there are two shortcomings in the past study:Firstly,the previous study focus on theory but lack of practice;Secondly,the previous study pay attention to technology but neglect human management.In the process of Industry 4.0,human factors could be the obstruction of reform,but also could the driver.So the management of human is particularly critical.In this paper,we take B furniture enterprise which is in the process of Industry 4.0 as the research object.Combining with the practice of B furniture enterprise in Industry 4.0,we discuss the related question of human resources management in the background of industry 4.0.Firstly,this article explores the problems that may be encountered in four aspects of enterprise human resources management,which are personnel hunting,personnel training,personnel using and personnel retaining.Then we make a deeply analysis through data research and interviews,the results suggest that the most prominent problem of human resources management which B furniture enterprise meets in the process of Industry 4.0,are personnel hunting and retaining.That is to say,B furniture enterprise meets the problem of talent gap and brain drain.The article explores the possible reason of these problems,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the effect of human resource management combining with the practice of B furniture enterprise,and then promote the smooth progress of Industry 4.0.This article combines the theory with the practice of Industry 4.0,takes the enterprise in practice as the object of study,and focuses on human factors in the process of reform.It not only concerns about the new technology brought about by the change of Industry 4.0,but also pays attention to the changes of management and thinking.The research on human resource management problems and countermeasures in the background of Industry 4.0 not only enriches the theory of human resource management,but also provides some useful references for the human resource management in the practice of Industry 4.0.
