With the continuous development of business in modern life,the business environment is changeable with the impact on organizational change.This is a big change in the situation,the enterprise managers in order to effectively deal with the challenges of the market environment,it is necessary to update the management concept.Organizational change is different from other changes because of organizational change refers to human resources which are most important in the enterprise.The concrete methods of organizational change are directly influenced by the change of the results,these results also affect the enterprise structure,leadership decision-making,management of the company and the making of enterprises vision.As each enterprise who experienced the change,and who can properly deal with a series of problems in the transformation of enterprises,is more likely to success.To find and analyze encountered in organizational change problems,and analyze the causes of problems,and put forward the solving measures,has become an important subject of each enterprise who are experiencing the organizational change.This is also the starting and focus point of this paper.Based on the HK company's current enterprise reform as an example,in the current rapid iteration of the business environment,in order to effectively break the bottleneck of the development of HK,through the challenge and opportunity analysis,HK company launched the organizational change,and in order to adapt to the new business transformation,HK company frequently change the organizational structure,with the help of Burke-Litwin model to diagnose,HK company's organizational change issues the adaptability and stability imbalance,and the staff against the change,which affect the overall performance of the organization.Through organization design and organizational change resistance theory,to identify the problems and its causes,and put forward the solving measures,combined with the evaluation questionnaire to assess the effect of the implementation,and make conclusions that for one thing which the key factors that gain an effective organizational change,and the other thing is to solve the organizational change should pay attention to two matching problems,so as to guide the organization to success.In the case,from the actual situation of the enterprises,and has a certain representation,as in the current economic environment,the same problem can provide certain reference.
