Psychological capital,employees' positive mental resources,is seen as an important factor influencing the success and competitive advantage of organizations and individuals.As for the important role of knowledge employee in the development of high-tech enterprises,this paper focuses on the research of knowledge workers' job satisfaction,to investigate the relationship of knowledge employee's psychological capital and job satisfaction.On the other hand,although there has been a lot of foreign scholars have suggested that managers face a more complex and changeable emotional labor,academic studies of emotional labor are still mainly focused on the front line service personnel,and thus leader emotional labor has not attracted widespread attention.Some studies have shown that leader emotion,leadership style influence on employee work attitude,behavior and their evaluation to leadership.Therefore,this paper will research the effect mechanism of leader emotional labor on subordinates' job satisfaction.Thus,rich the research result of leader emotional labor area,and add a new perspective for leadership research.In summary,this study will regard the Shanghai high-tech enterprises as research object,and discuss the relationship of leader emotional labor,knowledge workers psychological capital and their job satisfaction.I hope this study can rich in relevant research areas,meanwhile obtain practical enlightenment of management,which can offer theory reference for business management activities.This paper reviews the concept,dimensions and related research of the psychological capital,emotional labor and job satisfaction.Through the questionnaire survey,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis and hierarchical linear models,we get the following conclusions:1.Knowledge employees' psychological capital,include confidence,hope,resilience and optimistic,have a significant positive effect on their job satisfaction.2.Managers' emotional labor significantly affect subordinates' job satisfaction,and managers' deep act has a significant positive effect on their subordinates' job satisfaction,while managers' surface act has a significant negative effect on their subordinates' job satisfaction.3.Managers' surface act is a significant negative moderate the relationship of employees' psychological capital and job satisfaction,and deep act has no significant moderate effect on the relationship of employees'psychological capital and job satisfaction.
