Study On The Eco-industry For Poverty Alleviation In Fangxian In Hubei Province Under The Theory Of Green Poverty

Green poverty theory is a brand new theory aimed at the problems of China's ecological civilization construction and poverty alleviation in the new situation,a reflection and improvement to environmental determinism and resource curse thesis.Green poverty theory makes the areas rich in forests,grasslands and other green resources as the research objects,tries to analyze the relationship between resources and economic development and discusses how to reasonably allocate resources to solve the problem of poverty.The areas with the green poverty in our country distribute widely,occupy large range and have a deep poverty degree,so more and more experts and scholars are beginning to pay attention to and explore this phenomenon,leading to the green poverty theory becoming mature.Apparently,it will good for solving the problems of ecology civilization construction and poverty alleviation to deepen and enrich the theory of the green poverty.Industrial development is an important driving force of local economic construction,and an important indicator of regional competitiveness and development.The areas with green poverty in our country are rich in resources,which have great potential for industrial development.But if we developed extensive industry using resources to pursue economic growth blindly,it would cause irreversible danage to the environment.It becomes an urgent need to apply the ecological civilization concept to the construction of poverty alleviation,and many poor areas have carried out a series of exploration in developing eco-industry.But it is still the bottleneck that how to use resources ecologically and economically in industry development.So exploring how to use the theory of the green poverty to guide and promote ecological industries is of important theoretical and realistic significance.In the premise of deeply analyzing the mechanism of green poverty context,the author,on the basis of analyzing the concept of ecological industry,studies the necessity of developing ecological industry in areas with green poverty and draws a conclusion that only by developing eco-agriculture,eco-energy,eco-culture industries in poor areas rich in resources could it be effective for both ecological and economic benefits.This paper selects the green poverty area-Fangxian in Hubei Province as the research object,and analyses the status of green resources and poverty to explore the feasibility of the development of eco-industries in Fangxian.Then,on the basis of the current situation on the development of ecological industry in fangxian,the paper summarizes the shortcomings such as ecological awareness,funding,technical personnel and leading enterprises.Finally,from poverty alleviation and ecological benefits,the paper proposes some strategies to promote the eco-industry.In ecological consciousness aspects,the local government should attach great importance to science and technology education,popularize common sense of ecological culture and improve the ecological maintenance mechanism.As for ecological industry funds aspects,the local government should increase financial investment,simplify the procedure and strengthen management.In technology and talent aspects,the region should establish perfect service system of ecological industry,organize more courses,improve the wellfares of industrial technicians.In leading enterprises aspects,the region should increase funds and technical support,improve benefit coupling mechanism between farmers and enterprise.Under the guidance of the theory of the green poverty,we use green resources rational to develop eco-industry,and timely solve the problems emerged in the development of ecological industry,so as to improve the effect of poverty alleviation in the areas with green poverty.
