A Study On Problems In The Practice Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Areas Of Yuancheng District,Heyuan City

In the past forty years since reform and opening up,China's anti poverty cause has attracted worldwide attention.Poverty alleviation and development in China has entered a new stage of tackling Poverty,remarkable achievements have been made in tackling poverty,the rural poor population in China has declined from 89 million 620 thousand poor people identified in 2014 to 30 million 460 thousand at the end of2017.Poverty alleviation has become the most important way to solve the problems of rural peasants.It is of great significance to study the problems existing in the practice of poverty alleviation and seek effective solutions.We take the basis of in-depth investigation and research,we use relevant poverty alleviation theories and survey data to analyze the basic situation of the rural precise poverty alleviation practice in Yuancheng District,clarify the current situation of poverty alleviation work and poverty alleviation problems,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced,and explore countermeasures and suggestions to better carry out the precise poverty alleviation in Yuancheng District.More practical and theoretical value of the method,for the Yuancheng in-depth promotion of poverty alleviation work to provide theoretical guidance,so as to better improve the level of precision poverty alleviation.In this paper,Yuancheng District to carry out precision poverty alleviation work as the research object,first introduced the concept of precision poverty alleviation and the state implementation of precision poverty alleviation strategy a series of measures,and then summarized the basic situation of rural poor households in Yuancheng District and the status quo of precision poverty alleviation practice,according to the current Yuancheng District precision poverty alleviation practice.The opportunities and challenges confronted by the government,combined with the poverty causes of the poor rural households in Yuancheng District,dig deep into the causes of poverty,find out the problems and reasons in the practice of accurate poverty alleviation,and put forward countermeasures for the accurate poverty alleviation in Yuancheng District,so as to make the accurate poverty alleviationmodel more perfect.We should focus on four aspects to further improve and improve the results of the precise poverty alleviation work.First,we should strengthen organizational leadership,serve poverty alleviation and tackle the key problems.Second,we should continue to develop rural education,innovate the poverty alleviation model,increase vocational and technical training,and implement labor and employment.Poverty alleviation,enhance the participation model of poverty-stricken people from poverty;third,strictly investigate the performance barrier,optimize the cadre support mechanism,strictly check,innovate the performance appraisal mechanism of poverty alleviation,and attach importance to the utilization rate of poverty-alleviation funds and the actual benefits;fourth,we should develop the industrial poverty alleviation model based on the "farmer-supermarket docking",develop the industrial poverty alleviation model based on local characteristics,and implement various forms of financial poverty alleviation models such as credit.It can be said that the research results of this paper have a certain positive role in promoting the development of accurate poverty alleviation work in Yuancheng District.At the same time,it has a certain enlightenment and reference for other poverty-stricken areas in China,especially in the poverty-stricken areas of eastern,western and Northern Guangdong.
