Research On The Effect Of China's Five Development Concepts On Regional Development

As China's economic development has entered a new normal,the regional economic development model is transforming,economic growth mode has changed,the regional economic development has become a new economic normal.13 th Five-Year is the critical period of building a moderately prosperous society.The party's the fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee put forward the concept of innovation,coordination,green,open and share.Because of the differences in history,culture,infrastructure,population quality,productivity and national development strategy,the quality and efficiency of regional development in China are also different.So,what are the effects of the new five development ideas on regional development? At the same time,the development of the five ideas of the internal development of coordination? What is the relationship between the internal coordination of the five development ideas and the level of regional development? These are the problems to be solved in this paper.By solving these problems can improve the quality and efficiency of economic development in the region,achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,and has an important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly,this paper analyzes the theory of the five concepts,and puts forward the theoretical hypothesis that how to improve the development level of the five concepts can promote the regional economic development.To test this hypothesis,firstly we must measure the overall development level of the five concepts.The definition of the five development concept connotation based on index selection according to the conditions of innovation,coordination,green,open,share as an index,select 46 level two indexes to evaluate the comprehensive development level of area five big concept.In order to ensure the objectivity of the evaluation result,this paper chooses principal component analysis method and efficacy coefficient method of 30 regions in China(except Tibet)evaluated the comprehensive development level of the local five big concept,calculate the local concept of the five comprehensive development index;in order to evaluate the results of consistency,the Spearman rank correlation coefficient the test of the two evaluation methods,the conclusion shows the results of two different evaluation methods with strong correlation;considering the score and ranking,based on the two evaluation methods of the fuzzy Borda method again were combined to evaluate the comprehensive development level of the area five concept,that the concept of the five integrated development index.Then the coupling coordination degree model to measure the internal coordination of the development of the five concept,the measure results show that in addition to Beijing,Shanghai,Zhejiang,Jiangsu,Guangdong and Tianjin provinces and the 6 regional coordination degree in more than 0.6,other provinces are below 0.6.Finally,this paper tests the consistency of the five concepts coupling coordination and regional development level.The test results show that regions within the five concepts of coordinated regional economic development better and better,the concept of the five integrated development index has a positive effect on regional development,demonstrate the empirical hypothesis of this paper.Finally,this paper argues that in the future the concept of green development should be focused on and this concept of development should be carried through.At the same time,the region needs to promote the coordinated development of the five concepts,and ultimately to achieve a steady improvement in the quality and efficiency of the regions.
