Research On The Innovation Of Traditional Enterprise Business Model Based On Financial Perspective

With the introduction of industry 4.0,the traditional manufacturing enterprises are facing the enormous opportunities and the impact of Internet companies.It is a major issue in the management about how to seize the opportunity to meet the challenge.However,the traditional research is more concerned about the business model of Internet companies,concerned about the financial situation of traditional enterprises,lacking a system to integrate two studies.Therefore,it is of practical significance to introduce a mature financial model into the traditional enterprises to study their business model.In China,the traditional appliance manufacturing industry is facing greater competition pressure,which is forced to promote transformation and upgrading.Qingdao Haier,a traditional enterprise,put forward the reform of the transformation from manufacturing enterprises to Internet enterprises.The characteristics of this business model innovation process based on financial perspective,provides a method for the transformation of traditional enterprises.In this paper,through the summary of business model based on financial perspective and non-financial perspective,we analyze the relationship between the business model and finance,which is decision and reaction.Second,This paper analyze the eight dimensions of the financial model,combined with the business case of Qingdao Haier,namely,asset allocation,capital allocation,financial and non-financial matching,income-driven,profit-driven,growth-driven,return-driven,growth-driven and return-driven.At last,We make a suggestion of Haier's future model compared with industry leaders.In theory,this paper extends the theoretical category and provides a research paradigm under the financial perspective for the study of business models in the transformation of traditional enterprises based on the statements and non-reporting elements,structure and category,time and space.In practice,it provides some suggestions for the traditional enterprises transformation by the applicability of the model to verify the model.
