Recently, the society has many forms of borrowing, and the internet development of borrowing is changing quickly and newly. Both in China and in the world, of e-commerce platform of consumer credit businesses crop up in front of people in the world. This emerging form of financial business combine consumer credit with the internet, also touch with times. Today's e-commerce platform in China's consumer credit business has been developing for nearly 3 years; more prominent product is"checklater", Jingdongbaitiao, renyifu and instalment. E-commerce platforms impact consumer credit financial services business to China's sustained and healthy economic development and even affecting all aspects of modern social and economic life. The author of this article is to 'checklater' products to make detailed targeted research, the risks and advantages of industry products before making a series of risk control policies and the ' checklater'given to the relevant regulatory authorities in some feasibility reference monitoring system, finally the author hopes to make some suggestions. 'checklater' products will be more perfect, more conducive to social and consumer groups, the use of the product, reduce the personal credit business platform of financial risk.Author questionnaire forms, through simple statistics to analyses data, and divided respondent's age,gender,employment, income some basic information,such as aggregated data and based on the research and Analysis Division of the financial services product status and existing problems. It is true that the results of the questionnaire survey of personal lending platform for the development of China's personal credit Internet business has a certain practical significance. Combined with the analysis of the data, find the business advantages and disadvantages of personal credit and competitive product comparison, and compared with the competition,products find risk vulnerabilities and further implementation of the regulatory scheme is given, further discuss the deep-seated reasons of the problems. On the basis of the above analysis, Combined with China's current regulatory policy and industry development, how to 'spend' business management targeted strategies, with a focus on 'checklater' enterprise risk management--cash, difficulty in repayment, loan formalities are too simple, and external financial regulators on its risk management.Research results show that the procedures are too simple, competition, and internal control weaknesses 'checklater' shock is also a great deal of empirical results, the'checklater'products put forward relevant proposals can be adopted.According to the questionnaire's data and found problems and vulnerabilities specific proposals, starting with 'checklater' its own internal financial risk vulnerability,strengthen the control and supervision of credit less cash situation, there is early repayment of consumer awareness of the consumers of education.
