In recent years,with the liberalization of consumer finance industry market access,China's consumer finance industry has entered a period of rapid development,e-commerce giant as the representative of internet companies have entered the field of consumer finance,and major e-commerce platform have launched their own consumer credit products,for example,Jingdong mall launched the "Jingdong ious",Alibaba launched the "Ant check later" and so on.With incomparable superiority,the new consumer credit products with the function of "consumption in advance and repayment after" launched and occupied the market quickly,loved by consumers.E-commerce enterpise's consumer credit products provide a good user experience while also promoting the development of China's e-commerce business.However,this new consumer credit products available for only two years time,we can not just focus on the superiority of the product and the current good benefits,but also noted that its risk issues behind it,in order to ensure the sustainable development of e-commerce platform of consumer credit products,we must plan ahead for risk prevention.This article take "Jingdong ious" with a representative of the consumer credit market as an example,by means of linking theory with practice,qualitative analysis,case analysis and other methods to study the advantages and risks of consumer credit products,on this basis,put forward some constructive proposals.Firstly,this article start from the concept of e-commerce platform's consumer credit products,define the product concept through qualitative analysis,and give the theoretical basis of this product;Secondly,through PEST model,this article analyses "Jingdong ious" macro environment from the political,economic and technological and social,then analyses its internal advantages,we can see the reason for the rapid development and the market prospect of "Jingdong ious" through the analysis of internal and external two aspects;Then by making risk analysis,this article point out that "Jingdong ious" have regulatory risks,technical risks,excessive credit risks,default risks,cash risks,risks of information disclosure,and put forward the risk prevention measures;Finally,taking "Jingdong ious" as an example,this paper put forward some policy suggestions for consumer credit products of e-commerce platform,like Improving laws and regulations,guiding compliance development,perfecting the system of investigation,protecting consumer personal information and so on.
