Free trade zone in Henan provincial economic management authority to build a platform of trade facilitation,largely promotes the level of opening to the outside world in Henan province, Henan FTA is completed more economic transformation and upgrading of Henan provided an excellent opportunity.In recent years, the government actively promoting industrial structure adjustment in Henan province, get a degree to improve industry competitiveness, has built the national important grain production base, food industry base, non-ferrous metallurgical industry base and so on. But, most products industry in Henan province is still in the industrial chain of low-end, driven economic growth driven by investment and resources characteristics is still obvious.In this paper, the method of combining theory with practice, quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis is used to study the industrial upgrading of Henan Province from the perspective of FTA.
