As just as the arrival of the new economic era,the competition between enterprises and enterprises gradually turns from the products,capital competition to intellectual capital and other soft power competition.Studying how to improve employee's work performance becomes the urgent matter.Positive psychology thinks that staff's work well-being is an important factor affecting job performance.Previous research on work well-being mainly exist the following several defects:firstly,the work well-being theory of happiness comes from the West,and developing in Japan,South Korea,China and other Asian regions,however,its applicability in Mongolia,Central Asia and other regions needs further discussing.Secondly,the structure of work well-being dimension and the boundary is unclear.There are many construct cross,repetition,overlap,chaos,and other issues.Thirdly,how work well-being effecting performance,this black box remains to be further open.In this paper,through collecting and organizing a large number of relevant literature,combed the related theory,we defined the dimension of the work well-being.And Through researching the Mongolian mining industry employees,we tested the work of four dimensions-the emotional well-being,cognitive well-being,professional well-being and social well-being effecting on job performance;organization-based self-esteem influence on job performance,organization-based self-esteem playing the mediation role between work happiness and job performance.The study found that emotional well-being,cognitive well-being,professional well-being and social well-being has a significant positive influence on job performance.Organization-based self-esteem has significant positive influence on job performance.Organization-based self-esteem plays the mediation role between work happiness and job performance..Innovation of this paper:firstly,we chooses Mongolia region's mining employees as the research object,differently from past research.Secondly,we further validated the relationship between work well-being and job performance.Thirdly,we clarify the mechanism of work well-being from work self-esteem.We hope that this paper can guide the Mongolia mineral enterprise to improve their employees's work well-being.
